
The Adult Day Support Program is one of the many services the Golden Age Club offers Calgarians.
- A program to meet the needs of older adults living with disabilities.
- A variety of recreational, social and physical activities in a friendly, welcoming club.
- Opportunity to make friends and enjoy social interaction.

- Gentle fitness
- Cards
- Outings (luncheons, picnics, museums, Stampede, Zoo, etc)
- Sing-a-longs
- Quizzes
- Musical entertainment
- Visit from PALS
- Massage Therapy
- Games
- Referrals from individuals, family or agencies.
- Interested individuals must fill out an application form.
- You will be contacted when your application is processed.
- The Program Coordinator will set up an interview and arrange a tour and a visit to the Day Program.
- A waiting list is maintained.
- Every Tuesday from 10:00am till 2:00pm.
- A Golden Age Club membership
- A daily fee of $1.00
