The Adult Day Support Program is one of the many services the Golden Age Club offers Calgarians.

  • A program to meet the needs of older adults living with disabilities.
  • A variety of recreational, social and physical activities in a friendly, welcoming club.
  • Opportunity to make friends and enjoy social interaction.
  • Nutritious meals in the club cafeteria.
  • An opportunity for independence to those who are isolated.
  • Respite for caregivers.

  • Bingo
  • Gentle fitness
  • Cards
  • Outings (luncheons, picnics, museums, Stampede, Zoo, etc)
  • Sing-a-longs
  • Quizzes
  • Musical entertainment
  • Visit from PALS
  • Massage Therapy
  • Games

  1. Referrals from individuals, family or agencies.
  2. Interested individuals must fill out an application form.
  3. You will be contacted when your application is processed.
  4. The Program Coordinator will set up an interview and arrange a tour and a visit to the Day Program.
  5. A waiting list is maintained.

  • Every Tuesday from 10:00am till 2:00pm.
  • A Golden Age Club membership
  • A daily fee of $1.00
  • Lunch & beverages
  • Cost of transportation
