Saygo (Steady As You Go) Fall Prevention Program
Seniors participate in two 1 1/2 hour workshops which focus on the factors that increase their risk of falling. Research shows us that most falls are a combination of factors, the most common areas of concern being leg strength, balance, and multitasking. The goal is for each participant to identify their own personal risk factors. A workbook and group discussions facilitate this process. Between workshops, participants are encouraged to be aware of their risks and make changes. Prior to the second session, participants review the workbook and note the positive changes they have made. In the workshops, they discuss these and other risks and solutions that are relevant to fall prevention.

Walking Class
Walking Class meets Fridays at 10:00am. This is a new class at the Club. Liz Graves from the Alex Clinic will be your leader. You will meet at the Club at 10:00am and Liz will take it from there. Please register by calling the office. No charge.
